 I am a person who has struggled with my weight and health my whole life.  After buying and trying many diferent programs I found out that these programs almost all have some problems.  These problems make you fail. I have finally designed a program that anyone can follow.  This site is not about quick weight loss or really about weight loss at all.  Think for a second, do you want to weigh less or do you want to look and feel better?

 If you follow the program you WILL lose weight.  But that is just a side effect of the healthy new lifestyle you will be living. Being a well person has three componants that are all interrelated and interdependant: 

*Exercise and physical activity

*Diet and nutrition

*mental health and outlook.

  I call these three things "The Wellness Triangle".  A  problem or deficiency in any of these often results in a unhealthy person.  This website will show you how to improve all three.  

 

Here is why other programs you have tried have failed.

1.They only adress one part of the wellness triangle.

2. They are too hard or time consuming.

3. They cost a lot of money.

4. They are not designed to help you integrate wellness into YOUR lifestyle. What works for celebritys will not work for you because you are not a celebity.
